On Sunday, residents in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, assessed the damage after a drone attack from Ukraine. Three individuals lost their lives and at least twelve others suffered injuries from a wide-scale drone strike overnight.
Russian officials have confirmed that this incident marks the most extensive and lethal attack targeting the Moscow region since the comprehensive invasion of Ukraine directed by President Vladimir Putin in February 2022. The event highlights Kyiv’s growing capacity for executing long-range attacks and breaching air defenses.
