The family of Dana Hyde, a former official from the Obama administration, has initiated a wrongful-death lawsuit. This legal action stems from a tragic event in 2023 when Hyde tragically lost her life during a private flight.
The incident involved a Bombardier Challenger 300 jet, which Hyde, her husband, and one of her sons were aboard. Shortly after the aircraft took off, the pilots experienced a brief loss of control. This resulted in the jet rapidly pitching upward and then downward. This sudden oscillation caused fatal injuries to Hyde.
The lawsuit, filed on a recent Monday, aims to address the circumstances that led to this catastrophic event. The family is seeking accountability for the series of events that culminated in Hyde’s tragic death.
