The Los Angeles Police Department’s Security Services Division reported the apparent suicide around 4:30 p.m. A cellphone and jacket found in the tower were believed to belong to the victim. As of now, the identity of the individual and circumstances surrounding the tragedy remain unclear. The memo mentioned no evidence of foul play, and Security Services is leading the investigation.
