Pro wrestling enthusiasts familiar with WWE’s “Monday Night Raw” during its rivalry with World Championship Wrestling will remember The Headbangers. Mosh and Thrasher, known for their chaotic presence, surprisingly secured the tag team championship only once during their time with the company. After parting ways with WWE, Mosh, whose real name is Chaz Warrington, ventured into entrepreneurship. He established a premium lifestyle brand influenced by his wrestling career and personal life.
Warrington is keen on differentiating between being ‘lucky’ and ‘fortunate’. In an interview, he explained that his brand, Live Fortunate, emanates from working hard for achievements. He credits his past in wrestling and activities with nonprofits in South Florida for opening numerous opportunities. These include attending black-tie events and influencing his community, as well as participating in WWE-related activities such as working at the Performance Center in Orlando.
“Live Fortunate is for anyone who’s been called lucky when they’ve worked hard for their accomplishments,” Warrington stated. He emphasized his fortune in having a meaningful wrestling career and working with nonprofit organizations.
The brand sprouted from an interaction at his camp, where a peer called him “lucky.” Warrington clarified that hard work, not luck, brought his success, despite wearing a Lucky Brand shirt then. This prompted him to create Live Fortunate, symbolizing more than words on a shirt. For example, a shirt featuring a rhinoceros with the phrase ‘Live Fortunate’ embodies gratitude, opportunities, and earning.
His clothing line communicates that true fortune follows effort. Warrington views it as a premium lifestyle brand encapsulating this ethos.
Beyond business, Warrington impacts his community through involvement with Junior Achievement of South Florida, teaching financial literacy, and sharing insights with the youth. His sense of fortune expands further, as he is also a cancer survivor.
Diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2017, Warrington embraced a positive mindset to navigate his health challenge. He avoided dwelling on negatives and maintained focus on recovery. He expressed, “I always see my glass as at least three-quarters full and believe in refilling it.” This perspective not only helped him through cancer but inspires others facing similar challenges.
Reflecting on his journey, Warrington cherishes the power of the mind and aims to help others recognize and cultivate their innate fortune. He continues to spread his empowering message, encouraging people to maximize their mindset.
