The Cleveland Browns faced a setback in their Week 5 matchup against the New York Jets, losing with a score of 17-12.
The game presented additional challenges for the Browns. Wide receiver KC Concepcion was forced to leave the game in the first quarter due to a concussion caused by a helmet-to-helmet collision with Jets safety Minkah Fitzpatrick.
Following the injury, Concepcion reached out to Browns fans with a positive update about his condition.
In an Instagram story, Concepcion reassured fans about his well-being: “Y’all know I’m good thanks to the lord and savior,” he shared.
The news of Concepcion’s recovery is encouraging. Head injuries can be daunting, making his update welcome news for the team and fans. A first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, chosen 24th overall by the Browns, Concepcion has made a strong start in his NFL journey. In five games this season, the 22-year-old has achieved 18 receptions and 149 receiving yards.
The Browns look forward to Concepcion’s return as he continues to establish himself in the league.
