The Trump administration announced plans to close East Potomac Golf Links on November 15. This decision comes despite earlier statements from Justice Department lawyers to a federal judge saying no closure was planned.
The entire peninsula will be shuttered as the administration moves forward with the president’s proposal to redevelop the historic municipal course.
