The sisters openly discussed undergoing breast augmentation last summer. They aim to promote positivity and self-acceptance, hoping to receive the same in return. Hanna emphasized,

Going through recovery with my twin makes me want to go through a pregnancy with her too, since we keep each other company.
She defended their closeness, remarking,
Everyone’s like, ‘You always do everything together,’ and I’m like, ‘No kidding, I guarantee you would too.’ I was in the womb with her.
