Hailey launched Rhode in June 2022, debuting with three products: the Peptide Glazing Fluid, the Barrier Restore Cream, and the Peptide Lip Treatment. The brand quickly gained popularity and became part of e.l.f. in May 2025, where Hailey took on the roles of chief creative officer and head of innovation. She shared her excitement on Instagram, expressing her aim to expand Rhode globally.
