Israel and Iran launched long-range missile attacks, marking the first such exchange since a ceasefire was established two months ago. The military actions raised concerns about the potential for conflict escalation in an already volatile region. Both countries signaled willingness to cease further attacks, but tensions remain high.

Efforts are underway to stabilize the situation. Former President Trump, along with regional mediators, is actively working to negotiate an agreement that would prevent further hostilities with Iran. This diplomatic engagement seeks to avert a return to full-scale warfare.
