Teen Shot Outside Little Havana Convenience Store

A 15-year-old boy was shot on the night of Sunday, June 14, 2026, outside a convenience store located in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. The incident led the teenager to call the police at approximately 11:08 p.m., as stated by a Miami police spokesperson.

The boy was in the company of a group at a corner store situated on Southwest Seventh Avenue and Third Street when the shooting occurred. According to the police, one or more individuals opened fire at the group.

Following the gunfire, the boy received a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his leg. He was subsequently transported to Ryder Trauma Center for medical care.

The Miami police have noted that the perpetrators, described as “unknown subjects,” remain at large. The investigation into the shooting continues.
