An Australian woman from Melbourne named Sally Grace Contarino, aged 26, has been missing for three weeks while on vacation in Las Vegas. Her disappearance has caused concern among her friends and family, who fear for her safety.
Contarino had traveled from Melbourne on June 13 and confirmed her arrival in Las Vegas by June 18. She was last heard from via a message indicating she would go for a hike on June 20. Her last known location was 9700 West Skye Canyon Drive, as reported by the New York Post.
The Las Vegas-based Red Rock Search & Rescue organization has issued an alert for the missing tourist, highlighting that Contarino did not return home as scheduled after visiting locations in Las Vegas, Mt. Charleston, and Southern California.
“She was last seen at 9700 West Skye Canyon Drive,” stated local reports.
Authorities were notified when Contarino failed to board her flight back home to Australia. The Australian Consulate in Los Angeles has been involved, contacting the Las Vegas Metro Police following a missing person report made by Victoria Police in Australia.
Red Rock Search & Rescue has been actively seeking assistance from the public through social media, urging anyone with information to contact the police.
