The AQI defines levels above 100 as potentially unsafe for individuals at higher risk. Levels between 151 and 200 might cause serious effects for high-risk users, while values above 200 are considered ‘very unhealthy’ for all.

Scores ranging from 301 to 500 indicate hazardous pollution levels, increasing potential health risks.

Understand Your Risk
