Police have identified the individual accused of opening fire at a new In-N-Out Burger location in Twin Falls, Idaho, as Chad Williams. The incident occurred Saturday and involved an off-duty state trooper and an armed citizen who intervened by returning fire.
According to Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks, Williams, aged 24, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after fatally shooting both an employee and a customer. Authorities believe that Williams acted alone in the attack, with his body discovered near the restaurant premises.

The shootout resulted in three fatalities and seven injuries, as previously noted by city spokesperson Josh Palmer. Two injured individuals have been released from the hospital, while three remain in stable condition and two in critical condition.
