Lee Moriarty Discusses AEW’s All In Event and Future Aspirations

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is preparing for its largest annual event, All In, which will take place in London on Sunday. Wrestling fans will gather at Wembley Stadium, while others watch from home. Among the matches drawing attention are the AEW World Championship clash between Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay, and the AEW Women’s World Championship fight between Willow Nightingale and Mercedes Moné.

In a recent interview with OutKick, wrestler Lee Moriarty shared his excitement for these matchups. “The two big marquee matches are the AEW men’s and AEW women’s championship matches,” Moriarty mentioned. He highlighted the historic rivalry between Omega and Ospreay. One of Moriarty’s favorite matches involved them at Forbidden Door, which took place in Canada.

Moriarty also discussed the AEW Women’s World Championship match between Mercedes Moné and Willow Nightingale, referencing their past encounters in the New Japan Strong Championship and the TBS Championship. “There’s so much history between these competitors. I look forward to watching and being inspired by them,” he added.

Reflecting on his previous participation in All In, Moriarty recalled joining an eight-man tag team match last year with Shane Taylor Promotions against the Sons of Texas. He expressed his determination to return to All In through hard work and preparation, emphasizing the importance of timing and technical wrestling skills.

Moriarty confidently stated, “I’m going to continue proving I am one of the best professional wrestlers when it comes to technical wrestling in the world. Right now, I’m the best pure wrestler on the planet.”

Last weekend, Moriarty successfully defended his Ring of Honor Pure Championship against Katsuyori Shibata at Death Before Dishonor.
