Virginia Tech has not been a major contender since legendary coach Frank Beamer retired. However, the arrival of head coach James Franklin might change their trajectory. With Ethan Grunkemeyer, who replaced Drew Allar at Penn State last season, the team has a seasoned signal-caller ready to lead.
