Michelle Randolph has recently shared a glimpse of her casual style with her fans. The ‘Landman’ actress posted a mirror selfie on her Instagram Story, showcasing her ensemble of a white bikini top, a black skirt, and a baseball cap. She completed her look with black-and-red slide sandals, layered jewelry, and placed sunglasses and a glass beside her.
Randolph continues to captivate audiences both on-screen and off. She first achieved recognition for her role as Elizabeth Strafford in the ‘Yellowstone’ prequel, ‘1923.’ Later, she joined the cast of ‘Landman’ as Ainsley Norris, the daughter of Tommy Norris, played by Billy Bob Thornton.
Her rising career has amplified interest in her personal life, particularly her relationship with actor Glen Powell. They were first seen together in November 2025 and made their relationship ‘Instagram official’ in July 2026.
Despite living in the public eye, Randolph values her privacy. She told InStyle about the importance of maintaining boundaries between her personal and professional life. “For peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate,” she said.

In a conversation with ‘Landman’ co-star Demi Moore for Interview magazine, she discussed her journey in managing public perceptions. “I had to really unlearn caring so much about what people thought of me,” she noted.
She has found balance by limiting her phone use and cherishing family time, which keeps her grounded. Despite the glamour of her career, her home life remains down-to-earth. “You go on these crazy press tours and you’re doing all these fabulous things, and then it’s like I go home and my parents are like, ‘Unload the dishwasher, please.’” she shared.
