Members of the Trump family recently came together for a milestone celebration. Ivanka Trump shared glimpses of the event honoring her grandmother, Marie Zelníčková, known as “Babi,” who turned 100.
Ivanka, 44, posted several photos online of the gathering held at her Miami home. The celebration honored her grandmother’s life and legacy, spanning four generations.
“100 years of life, love, family and memories,” Ivanka Trump expressed on Instagram.
The event occurred on Saturday, September 26. Zelníčková was surrounded by her three grandchildren and all 10 of her great-grandchildren.
In a heartfelt message, Ivanka described the gathering as a reflection of family bonds across generations. A notable photo showed her grandmother among relatives in a formal family portrait.
Ivanka was joined by her husband Jared Kushner and their children: Arabella, 15; Joseph, 12; and Theodore, 10. Eric Trump attended with his wife Lara and their children Luke, 9, and Carolina, 7. Donald Trump Jr. was present with his wife Bettina Anderson and his five children from his previous marriage.
The celebration also carried an emotional remembrance of Ivana Trump, Ivanka’s mother, who passed away in July 2022 at age 73.
“My mother, her beloved daughter, was deeply missed, but her love and presence was felt in the stories we shared,” Ivanka wrote in her tribute, highlighting the impact of her mother’s memory.
She paid homage to her grandmother’s century-long influence, noting its significance for the family.
“Babi, your century of love has shaped generations and lives in every one of us,” Ivanka reflected.
Ivanka has previously shared insights about her close bond with her grandmother. Earlier this year, she became emotional discussing this relationship on “The Diary of a CEO” podcast. She described her grandmother as “unbelievably nurturing” and emphasized the blessing of having her live with the family.
Ivanka has spoken of how the experiences of losing her mother and observing her grandmother’s aging have shifted her views on family and time.
“You can’t take things for granted in life, and I’ve learned that in numerous ways,” she noted, highlighting the valuable lessons from her family journey.
