In case a person falls or needs help, they can speak to Doova, saying, “Hey Tuya, help.” The robot then moves to the person to assess the situation. If there is no response within 60 seconds, Doova initiates an emergency workflow. Family members get alerted through a two-way live video call to provide necessary assistance.
