Past complaints from players, such as Yusei Kikuchi, highlighted deficiencies like broken air conditioning in the weight room.
Meanwhile, Walbert Ureña of the Angels did not report similar issues with the mound, which led to speculation regarding Misiorowski’s performance. Some fans considered whether his comments were an excuse for one of his challenging games.
