A 46-year-old man was injured by flying glass when a bullet hit a CTA Red Line train window in Chicago’s Roseland neighborhood. The incident occurred around 8:49 a.m. near 95th Street. Passengers from three vehicles on the Dan Ryan Expressway fired shots, according to Chicago police.
The bullet shattered the window, causing glass shards to hit the man’s face and body. He was transported to Trinity Hospital in good condition. The vehicles involved in the incident fled the scene. Area 2 detectives are currently investigating the case.
