Davante Adams Ranked No. 53 in NFL’s Top 100 for 2026

As the 2026 NFL season approaches, the league has released its annual NFL Top 100 player rankings. On Thursday, the Los Angeles Rams’ wide receiver Davante Adams was ranked as the No. 53 player, a decision made by active players.

Adams recently completed his 12th season in the NFL, marking his first year with the Rams. The 33-year-old became a key player for NFL MVP Matthew Stafford, leading the league with 14 receiving touchdowns in 2025. Additionally, Adams achieved a significant milestone by becoming one of only 18 players in NFL history to reach 1,000 career receptions.

Puka Nacua, a fellow wide receiver for the Rams, expressed admiration for Adams in an interview with NFL Top 100. “There’s been times when he’s running routes and you can feel the ground shake,” Nacua said. “He’s putting a lot of force into it.” He further noted, “When defenders are trying to cover me, they also have to worry about Davante Adams. Anytime we get inside the 25-yard line, he’s aiming for a touchdown.”

While Adams led the league in receiving touchdowns, Nacua excelled in receptions, leading with 129. In his third NFL season, Nacua achieved career highs of 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns.

The Rams are set to start their 2026 regular-season schedule with a “Thursday Night Football” game against the San Francisco 49ers on September 10.
