Best-selling author Dave Eggers presents his latest novel, focusing on two friends bound by their passion for art over several decades. Senior arts correspondent Jeffrey Brown reports on Eggers’ new work from San Francisco as part of the PBS News Hour’s CANVAS series.

Jeffrey Brown boasts a three-decade tenure with the News Hour. His roles have included co-anchor, studio moderator, and field reporter, covering national and international issues globally. As arts correspondent, Brown has profiled prominent writers, musicians, actors, and artists.
