A recent drone attack left significant destruction at the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This incident occurred last Saturday, October 10.
CCTV footage revealed passengers scrambling for safety amidst the chaos, with flames and smoke engulfing sections of the airport. Authorities reported that the attack resulted in at least 13 fatalities and over 300 injuries.
The strike, attributed to the Houthis, targeted the civilian airport, over 200 miles distant from King Khalid Military City Airport, a notable distinction as the latter is a military facility. This event highlights the potent impact of drone technology when employed in such settings.
