French AI Founder Warns Americans About Voting for Democrats

Brivael Le Pogam, the founder of French AI company Argil, has issued a stark warning to Americans ahead of the upcoming elections. He advised against voting for the Democratic Party, expressing concern that it might lead the U.S. toward challenges similar to those faced by France.

Le Pogam, who described himself as a ‘techno-emperor’, gained widespread attention with a post on X addressed to his American followers. ‘I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you. I come from your future,’ he stated.

Le Pogam criticizes the outcome of progressive policies in France, arguing that increased public spending, aimed at providing free healthcare, education, and a robust welfare system, has led to unfavorable results.

France’s financial situation as a cautionary tale

He pointed out the financial strain France faces, noting that the country hasn’t achieved a balanced budget since 1974. With a national debt exceeding 3,300 billion euros, the interest payments themselves are becoming one of the largest expenditures. Despite substantial funding, hospitals are in decline, and educational standards are dropping.

Youth struggle to afford housing where they were raised, and top talents are moving abroad to locations like London, Zurich, and San Francisco. The wealthier individuals, once targeted for higher taxation, have also left, taking opportunities with them.

Le Pogam emphasized that while France did not intentionally choose decline, the consequence of decades of taxes and regulations has steered it in that direction. His warning to Americans is not to fall into a similar pattern.

An appeal to preserve America’s unique spirit

‘I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life,’ Le Pogam expressed. He urges prospective voters to question whether their chosen programs enhance America’s distinctive values or mimic French policies. If the choice leads America to resemble France, he cautions against it.

Le Pogam’s comments have resonated widely, receiving shares from conservative voices and influential individuals like billionaire Bill Ackman. He emphasized the concerns over rising costs for government-subsidized products, contrasting them with the affordability of non-subsidized goods.

The danger of unchecked government intervention

He identified a pattern where generous promises lead to worsened conditions, yet failures become justifications for more intervention. He warns that government expansion often veils itself as compassion, paralleling experiences from those under communism.

France is at a crossroads with debts they can’t repay, young people unable to afford homes, and frequent civil unrest. He implores Americans to recognize this pattern and avoid using increased government intervention as a solution.

Le Pogam further clarified his comments to Fox News Digital, expressing his political leanings. He supports the Republican Party, crediting its platform for protecting the essential attributes that make America unique.
