Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren and her husband, renowned director Taylor Hackford, have listed their Hollywood Hills estate for $12 million. The couple initially listed the property in 2021 for $18.5 million but have since reduced the price. Helen Mirren’s estate spans approximately 10,199 square feet and covers 6.5 acres, embodying luxury and historical significance. Built in 1911 for silent film actor Dustin Farnum, this estate has housed notable figures like film producer Mark Hellinger and actress-producer Gail Patrick, known for her role in the original ‘Perry Mason’ series.
