House Republicans Release Transcripts on Jack Smith Investigation

House Republicans have made public six transcripts related to former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into President Donald Trump and certain Republican lawmakers. The House Judiciary Committee shared testimonies from five prosecutors and a former DOJ watchdog agent involved with Smith.

During a hearing at the Rayburn House Office Building, Jack Smith was scheduled to testify before the House Judiciary Committee. Allegations have surfaced that the investigators improperly subpoenaed phone records of over a dozen GOP lawmakers during an operation known as the Arctic Frost probe. Additionally, they reportedly imposed gag orders to prevent these lawmakers from discovering the Biden-Harris Justice Department’s access to their records.

This is an ongoing situation and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
