Donald Trump’s new press secretary, Katie Zacharia, has praised the president’s executive assistant, Natalie Harp, describing her as a “true, pure patriot.” Zacharia, appointed on October 9 and commencing her duties on October 12, has been a frequent commentator on various news outlets, including Fox News and Newsmax. Trump, in a post on Truth Social, commended Zacharia as a “loyal and brilliant supporter,” highlighting her dedication to the MAGA movement.

Zacharia expressed her gratitude for the appointment in a post on X, saying, “Serving President Trump and the American people at this crucial 250-year milestone is the honor of a lifetime. President Trump demonstrates America’s potential for greatness, working tirelessly towards that goal every day.”

What Has Katie Zacharia Said About Natalie Harp?

As Zacharia assumes her role in White House communications, Trump’s trusted aide, 35-year-old Natalie Harp, remains in the spotlight. Harp, nicknamed the “human printer,” is integral in managing Trump’s Truth Social posts and plays a significant role within his team. Her prominence increased following a comment by Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff, who mentioned Harp in a speech, suggesting Trump preferred focusing on personal interests over presidential duties.

In an interview with News24 Digital presenter Gabriella Power, Zacharia defended Harp vigorously. “Natalie Harp is a true, pure patriot,” she stated, emphasizing Harp’s dedication to the country and the president. Zacharia criticized those in Washington focused on career advancement, indicating Harp’s motive is to serve genuinely, fueled by her patriotism.

Zacharia also addressed criticism of Harp, particularly from Ossoff and the media. “There is a strong anti-Harp sentiment from left-wing media,” she asserted, accusing them of fabricating stories about Harp. Zacharia speculated that Ossoff’s remarks were calculated to generate controversy involving Harp and Trump.

Prior to her departure from the White House in August, Zacharia’s predecessor, Karoline Leavitt, also voiced support for Harp. “Natalie Harp has security clearance like all others and is a loyal, hardworking team member,” she affirmed.
