A Manhattan woman, Tabitha Bundrick, aged 39, has pleaded guilty to killing three men by administering fentanyl-laced drugs, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Her actions occurred between April 2023 and February 2024. Following the drugging, she robbed the victims, taking items such as cell phones, sneakers, cash, and watches.
District Attorney Alvin Bragg stated, “The defendant knowingly killed three people by providing them fentanyl-laced drugs. As they lay unconscious, she robbed her victims and left them to die.” Often, friends or family discovered the bodies of the victims.
Bundrick’s indifference to her victims’ lives drew condemnation from Bragg. She faces a sentence of 27 years to life in prison for three counts of second-degree murder and one count of second-degree assault.
The crime spree began on April 30, 2023. Bundrick encountered Mario Paullan, 42, and his friend on the street. She first offered to sell them soap, later proposing a sexual transaction for money. They went to an apartment she had unlawfully entered. The next morning, after consuming fentanyl-laced drugs, Paullan was found dead, and his friend discovered their possessions were missing.
In a subsequent incident, Bundrick gave drugs to Miguel Navez, 39, at his apartment. His brother found him deceased three days later, with theft of belongings also reported.
The final incident involved Abrihan Fernandez, 34, on February 25, 2024. She was seen entering and exiting his Upper Manhattan apartment with large bags before his death was discovered.
Bundrick is scheduled to receive her sentence on October 6.
