At a recent performance, musician Morgan Wallen could not hide his frustration when equipment issues disrupted his show. In a video captured by fans and shared with Fox News Digital, the 33-year-old artist experienced a malfunction while performing his song ‘Sand In My Boots.’
After finishing the song vocals without the piano, Wallen pushed the piano over, causing it to break. The TikTok post describing the incident noted, ‘While playing ‘Sand In My Boots’ Morgan gets off the piano cause it isn’t working as it should. He finishes acapella then proceeds to push the piano over, breaking it.’
During his ‘Still The Problem Tour,’ which began in April in Minneapolis, Wallen performed in Denver. Various incidents marred the tour, including this recent piano mishap.
Previously, during a tour stop in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, country singer Ella Langley, who was Wallen’s opening act, joined him for their duet ‘I Can’t Love You Anymore.’ This collaboration received mixed reactions. Some fans criticized it, citing political affiliations, while others defended the artistic partnership.
Critics compared the collaboration to undesirable political figures, with some saying, ‘She’s friends with and collaborating with Morgan Wallen. A known racist and MAGA.’ Despite this, supporters defended Langley with comments like, ‘I’m so sick of people politicizing everything. Can we just enjoy a collab between two solid country artists without everyone crying about it, PLEASE?!’
Wallen has faced other challenging moments on stage. In an interview with Billboard News, singer Nate Smith shared an incident, admitting he once threw a drink in Wallen’s face during a performance. Despite the moment of tension, Wallen laughed about it in a later FaceTime call with Smith, showing forgiveness by stating, ‘Man, I probably would have done the same thing or I’ve done the same thing.’
Wallen’s ability to forgive and maintain humor in difficult situations highlights his character, according to Smith, who added, ‘He’s a good man. He’s a great guy.’
