A North Carolina judge issued an arrest warrant for Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law, Jen Belichick, on Monday after she reportedly missed a court date related to a speeding violation.
Jen Belichick, wife of Steve Belichick, who serves as the defensive coordinator for the North Carolina Tar Heels football team, was stopped by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol on May 21. She was cited for allegedly driving 88 mph in a 70 mph zone in Brunswick County, according to court records.
She was scheduled to appear in court last Friday for a misdemeanor speeding charge, but did not attend. As a result, a judge ordered her arrest. A court official explained to the California Post that she now has three options: file a motion to recall the arrest order, hire an attorney to contest the case, or turn herself in to authorities.
Jen has not publicly commented on the arrest order. Fox News Digital attempted to reach out to a Brunswick County clerk for comment.
Jen and Steve Belichick have been married for approximately 10 years and have several children together. There have been reports of tension between Jen and Jordon Hudson, Bill Belichick’s girlfriend. This reportedly includes an incident during which Jen criticized Hudson for interrupting an interview with CBS News featuring Bill Belichick in May 2025.
