Philadelphia Home Linked to Missing Women Investigated by FBI

Over one million digital evidence items have been recovered by FBI investigators from a Philadelphia home linked to seven missing women. Jeremy Perry, a childhood friend of Eugene Horsch, provided insights into Horsch’s troubled past in a recent appearance on ‘America’s Newsroom’.

Revisit of Infamous Philadelphia Home

Investigators have returned to the Philadelphia home of the late Raymond “R.C.” Horsch to search for clues in a case involving multiple missing women. Philadelphia police and federal investigators executed a search warrant, as reported by FOX 29 Philadelphia.

Authorities are intensifying their search at Horsch’s home on Chew Avenue in Olney. This effort is expected to disrupt the area through road closures and excavation activities.

Details of the Investigation

FBI agents, along with Philadelphia police homicide detectives, executed a search warrant at Eugene Horsch’s home on West Chew Avenue in Philadelphia, on July 13, 2026. Multiple charges are pending against the 44-year-old, following the discovery of chemicals, ammunition, and drugs inside the home in June. This marks the third FBI search of the property.

“We all came together just to make sure neighbors understood that this is an ongoing investigation, we understand it is disruptive, neighbors and businesses are concerned, so we need to provide support and resources,” stated Councilmember Anthony Phillips in a report by FOX 29.

An FBI agent removed an autoclave during the raid on the property. Investigators have linked the disappearance of seven women to the Olney neighborhood home, recovering more than a million photos and videos. At least five of these women are presumed dead.

Background and Arrest

Eugene Horsch is the son of Raymond “R.C.” Horsch, known for producing violent pornography. Authorities aim to decipher the troubling images and videos, particularly given Horsch Sr.’s notorious content production.

Eugene Horsch was arrested in June on charges related to unlawful firearms and forgery. These charges led the police to further discoveries at the family home.
