Authorities in Greenville, South Carolina have detained Brian Hickerson, the boyfriend of late actress Hayden Panettiere, and his brother Zach following an altercation at a local restaurant. The incident took place on Saturday night at Wild Wing Cafe on Woodruff Road, according to the police department’s press release. Officers responded to a reported assault around 9:10 p.m. Upon arriving, they found multiple individuals involved in a physical confrontation.
According to the police, Zach Hickerson displayed highly intoxicated behavior and used profanity in a public setting, leading to his arrest on a disorderly conduct charge. He was subsequently taken to the Greenville County Detention Center. Brian Hickerson, however, was released from the scene without charges.

The video captures the employee urging him to stop, and Zach being escorted out by other employees. During the incident, Brian Hickerson allegedly shouted that the Greenville Police Department leaked information related to his girlfriend’s death, referring to Panettiere’s passing.
