Drug Trafficking Allegations at Penn State Fraternities

Prosecutors have charged a group, including current and former students, in connection with a drug trafficking operation at Penn State University. The activities reportedly took place at the Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternity houses.

One of the individuals accused of leading this operation, Agostino Abbatiello, 24, was arraigned on Tuesday. He faced multiple felony charges, such as possession with intent to deliver cocaine and conspiracy. During the arraignment, the court denied him bail.

Authorities have also brought charges against 13 others tied to this case. This group includes both former students and at least four who are currently enrolled at Penn State.
