Teen Charged with Multiple Felonies in Alleged Incident

KJ Biermann, aged 15, faced an indictment for child molestation and multiple sexual battery charges involving a child under 16. A Fulton County, Georgia grand jury indicted him on seven counts, including aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment. These allegations relate to an incident in April.

Last month, Kroy Jagger, son of reality TV star Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, was initially arrested and charged with two felony counts. He subsequently faced charges of aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy after his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia on August 17.

The charges against KJ are filed under Georgia’s SB440 law, which allows adult superior courts to try teens, aged 13 to 17, for certain violent crimes. KJ is currently held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, waiting for a preliminary hearing scheduled for September.

The teen’s mother, Kim Zolciak, denied the allegations. She stated that her son denies any involvement with the accuser and passed a polygraph test. She added that no DNA evidence linked KJ to the accusations.

Kim Zolciak emphasized the seriousness of false accusations, highlighting their potential to harm both the accused and true victims of assault. She stressed the importance of basing investigations on factual evidence rather than unsupported claims.

Of note, Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, who have four children together plus two daughters from Zolciak’s previous relationship, recently reconciled after a divorce proceeding in 2023.
