Renowned Chef Todd Stein’s New Venture
Todd Stein, a celebrated chef from Chicago, has returned to the North Shore. On August 25, 2026, he launched Juniper in Highwood. This marks a new chapter in his esteemed career.
Dining Experience at Juniper
Located at 200 Green Bay Road, Juniper offers a unique dining experience. The space blends local inspiration with cultural elements from around the world. Juniper serves as both a supper club and a local gathering spot.
Stein integrates American classics with a sushi program, bringing refined global dishes to the area. Guests can enjoy craft cocktails, a broad wine list, and a selection of sake.

Ambiance and Design
The restaurant’s ambiance features deep blue tones and wood accents. A 35-foot hand-painted mural depicts sunrise over Lake Michigan, evoking Stein’s childhood memories from Highland Park.
