Caitlin Clark has made headlines frequently this season, not only for her game performance but also for other reasons. Yet, her dominance on the court remains unmissable when she’s healthy. Recently, she achieved two significant honors. She was named a WNBA All-Star starter for the third straight year and also earned the WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Month for June.
Clark has received the Player of the Month accolade before, having first won it in August 2024, along with Rookie of the Month. She is now on par with Hall of Famer Tamika Catchings as one of the only players in Indiana Fever history to claim this award, with Catchings securing it three times.
Caitlin Clark is among three Indiana Fever players selected as starters for the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game.
During a game against the Atlanta Dream on June 20, 2026, Clark’s outstanding performance was evident. Throughout June, she averaged 21.9 points, 8.2 assists, and 4.0 rebounds over 10 games. Her shooting accuracy was impressive, with 45.6% from the field and 35.1% from three-point range. She ranked fourth in scoring and second in assists within the league, driving Indiana to a 7-4 record and leading the league’s highest-scoring offense, which averages 95.5 points per game.
One of Clark’s standout games occurred on June 11, when she scored 32 points and contributed 10 assists against Chicago. This performance, along with Aliyah Boston’s, marked the first instance in WNBA history where teammates both achieved a 30-point double-double in a single game. A few days later, on June 16, Clark recorded 21 points and set a season-high with 14 assists in a victory over Toronto.
Between June 11-22, Clark set a new WNBA record with six consecutive games of at least 20 points and five assists. This was the third time she has achieved a streak of five or more such games in her career, a feat that all other WNBA players combined have managed only three times. Unfortunately, this streak ended due to a back injury that forced her out of the game against Phoenix on June 24, after she had already amassed 19 points and eight assists during the game. During this match, Alyssa Thomas’s contact with her neck led to a flagrant foul.
Clark continues to make history in the WNBA. As July begins, she is just nine assists away from reaching 600 in her career and requires only five more three-pointers to become the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 200 career threes.
Clark’s talent not only sets new records but also draws significant attention to the games, as seen with the crowd size for the Fever’s win over Toronto on June 16. Her contributions on and off the court continue to benefit the Indiana Fever and the league as a whole.
