In the emergency call audio, Zach asked the dispatcher how to administer CPR while Brian provided Narcan in an attempt to save her life.

The coroner’s office detailed that Panettiere was found at 701 Easley Bridge Road in Greenville. Despite advanced cardiac life support measures provided by first responders, she was pronounced dead at 2:32 PM. An autopsy revealed no signs of trauma, confirming her death was not due to physical injuries.
Panettiere’s death was attributed to a combination of substances, including fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol, and quetiapine. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office, along with the Greenville City Police Department, conducted an investigation. Reports indicate the DEA was also involved, providing assistance in the matter.
