Reports emerged of a supertanker struck by naval mines in the Strait of Hormuz. The Iranian military claimed the tanker attempted to pass through unlawfully, though details about the ship and its crew remain undisclosed. A similar report from the UK Navy mentioned a vessel struck by an unknown projectile, and stated no casualties or environmental damage ensued.
The Jordanian military announced their interception of eight missiles breaching their airspace, with local media affirming the destruction of these missiles before causing harm. An insider confirmed the interception but did not specify the exact number.
IRGC Counterattacks and U.S. Military Action
