A recent report indicates a significant drop in the number of international students attending U.S. colleges and universities this fall. The decrease is associated with stricter visa policies from the Trump administration.
The forecast suggests a 9.5 percent reduction in international enrollment, equating to approximately 111,000 fewer students. This projection stems from findings by NAFSA: Association of International Educators and research firm JB International.
This trend could impact campus diversity and financial dynamics at institutions nationwide.
