After the Buffalo Bills secured a thrilling 37-34 overtime victory against the Los Angeles Rams, quarterback Josh Allen had one thing on his mind: finding his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, in the crowd at SoFi Stadium. Known for her role in ‘Sinners,’ Steinfeld was seen enthusiastically cheering for Allen during ‘Monday Night Football.’
Spectrum News 1 caught a video of Allen walking off the field, asking, ‘Is my wife in one of these suites somewhere?’ Although he couldn’t spot her immediately, the broadcast showed her excitement as she cheered for Allen, exclaiming, ‘Go, Josh! Let’s go, Josh! Let’s f—ing go!’
The game itself kept fans on edge with a second half totaling 48 combined points and requiring overtime. Despite initial setbacks, including a turnover by running back James Cook, the Bills managed to secure the win. Cook’s fumble placed the Rams in a position to win, but Bills linebacker Greg Rousseau blocked Harrison Mevis’ field goal attempt.
Capitalizing on this opportunity, Allen led the Bills back into range for Tyler Bass’ decisive 45-yard field goal. This win improved Allen’s overtime record to 1-7. Face-to-face with Rams defenders like Nate Landman and Josaiah Stewart, Allen displayed his prowess with 121 rushing yards and a touchdown. However, the Rams did limit his passing to 210 yards, with one touchdown and one interception on 12-of-19 attempts.
As the Bills, now with a 4-1 record, prepare to face the Las Vegas Raiders next Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET, Allen aims to make Steinfeld proud once more, possibly finding her suite location with more ease.
