One unidentified woman contacted police in June 2026. She reported an incident from January 2022, aligning with the May allegations. She spent time with Jacobs and alleged that he attacked her when she refused a sexual encounter. The woman did not report earlier, fearing disbelief and due to her continued friendship with Jacobs.
Another woman described an April 2021 incident. She accused Jacobs of physical assault after a disagreement. However, police records showed no physical evidence of assault.
A third woman, who met Jacobs via social media, recounted an altercation in May 2022. She claimed Jacobs assaulted her and took her phone. She was hesitant to report due to her immigration status and a threat of deportation.
Legal Proceedings and Response
Jacobs’ lawyers issued a statement highlighting the uncorroborated nature of these allegations. According to them, a thorough investigation led to two misdemeanor charges, which resulted in a plea agreement. Jacobs expressed remorse and is complying with the agreement.
