Luka Doncic and his Los Angeles Lakers teammates recently tried to engage in team building at a nightclub in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Yet, their visit became widely reported in the Slovenian media.
According to local outlet Nedeljski dnevnik, the Lakers spent part of their weekend at a restaurant which doubles as a nightclub. Notably, there were strict rules in place. Guests were not allowed to take pictures or videos, and stickers were placed over phone cameras to ensure privacy.
Among the attendees was Slovenian model Anja Jenko, known for her Playboy cover in 2014. Despite her presence being highlighted, there were no detailed reports of interactions between her and the team members.
The visit was intended as a team-building exercise for the Lakers. Reports suggest that the players primarily socialized amongst themselves during the event. The presence of the model led to additional media coverage, although no significant link between her and the team was confirmed.
Luka Doncic was noted to be visibly leaner during his autograph session in Ljubljana. On the court, he continues to concentrate on his performance with the Lakers during the Western Conference playoffs.
The exclusive party in Slovenia drew unusual attention due to the model’s attendance. Nonetheless, the primary focus remained on the Lakers’ efforts to enhance team camaraderie.
