Milania Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice from “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” was arrested last month on an assault charge. Montville Township Police responded to a dispute on May 14, as reported by Chief Andrew Caggiano. Officers took Milania into custody at 6:12 p.m., according to court documents.
Charged with one count of Simple Assault, categorized as a Disorderly Persons Offense, Milania, 20, entered a plea of not guilty. She was released with a pending court date. Chief Caggiano emphasized that the charges are accusations, and Milania is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Milania has appeared in several episodes of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” alongside her mother, Teresa. Court records indicate she will appear in court next month. Representatives for Giudice did not respond to requests for comments.
Teresa Giudice, along with ex-husband Joe, shares four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. The couple divorced in September 2020 after 20 years. Teresa married Louis Ruelas in August 2022.
Both Teresa and Joe had legal troubles, pleading guilty to fraud charges a decade ago. Teresa served 15 months in prison starting October 2014. She was released in December 2015. Joe served 41 months and was later deported to Italy, facing immigration issues. Teresa and Joe’s legal past contrasts their reality TV success as documented on “Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
