It’s Tuesday, and here I am at the Nashville International Airport (BNA), one of the finest in the country, waiting for my flight to New York City. Yes, you read that right. I’m about to experience the bustling streets of NYC.
New York, known as The Big Apple and The City That Never Sleeps, is famous for its vibrant lifestyle. This is the city where Carrie Bradshaw famously funded her designer shoe collection by writing a column each week. If only everyone could have such luck.
I’m headed to Fox Headquarters—hence, the trip to NYC. My stay will be near Times Square, which promises to be busy and full of energy.
I’ve visited New York City several times already. The last time was in December 2015, when I managed social media for the Tennessee Titans during their trip to play the Jets. Despite the disappointing football match, I enjoyed great Italian food and visited the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.
