On Friday, President Donald Trump issued an executive order for the installation of warning signs outside the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. These signs are intended to alert visitors about potentially ‘inaccurate’ exhibits within the museum. The signs will also direct visitors to sources of ‘accurate information regarding America’s history.’
The decision is part of an initiative to address concerns over historical accuracy depicted in public exhibits.
