TMZ reported that Gabriella, who turned 22 recently, was the one who called emergency services during the alleged incident, citing that Milania was ‘acting erratically’ and throwing objects.

Despite the past turmoil, Milania celebrated Gabriella’s birthday with an emotional message on social media. ‘Happy birthday @gabriella.giudice. You’re the best sister I could ever ask for,’ she stated, expressing pride in Gabriella’s intelligence and character.

Earlier, the Montville Township Police confirmed they responded to a dispute report involving Milania on May 14. Detained that evening, Milania was charged with simple assault. The chief clarified that a criminal complaint is an accusation, and Milania is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Milania’s court hearing has been postponed to December. Amid this, Teresa made claims regarding an incident at a Florida airport, suggesting Milania had fentanyl in her system, further explaining the behavior caught on bodycam footage during an encounter with officers.
