Country music legend Tim McGraw took a fall during a performance at the Riverbend Music Center in Ohio. The incident happened while he was singing his classic hit, I Like It, I Love It. Despite the tumble, McGraw quickly recovered and continued the show.
A video captured by Fox News Digital shows McGraw on the floor with legs in the air. He quickly smiled, pulled himself up, and resumed singing. He appeared unfazed by the slip.
Following the event, McGraw shared photos and a video of the fall on Instagram. His caption read, “Cincinnati, you started our weekend off on the right foot even if I couldn’t stay on mine 😂 We appreciate you coming out and singing along! Detroit, you’re up!”
Fans expressed concern and amusement in their comments. One said, “Oh my God !!! Hope you didn’t hurt yourself bad!!” Another pointed out the humor, “It was a great show! And we all got a good laugh since you were ok.” Several noted hopes that his back was not harmed.
Previously, McGraw has spoken about ongoing back issues. He revealed during a 2025 concert that his back problems were severe enough to make him consider leaving music.
He discussed having four back surgeries and double knee replacements in the last few years. During a California show, he introduced his surgeons to the audience, mentioning how bad his condition had been but affirming that it had improved. This ordeal inspired his song “King Rodeo,” addressing aging and related challenges.
The song includes lyrics like, “Hey, King Rodeo, You’re lookin’ lonely, Like you’ve lost you’re one and only…” McGraw and his wife, fellow musician Faith Hill, have been married for nearly 30 years.
