Jason Kelce, Travis’s brother and a retired Super Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles, was expected to attend, along with San Francisco 49ers’ George Kittle.
Madison Square Garden, known for its rich sports history, hosted the celebration. The location is the home arena for both the NBA’s New York Knicks and the NHL’s Rangers. Taylor Swift was previously seen at the Garden during Game 4 of the NBA Finals, where she watched the Knicks stage a historic comeback against San Antonio.
The arena opened in 1968 above Penn Station and has been the stage for memorable sports events. The Knicks secured their first NBA title there in 1970, famously aided by Willis Reed’s return. It was also the site of Joe Frazier’s victory over Muhammad Ali in the ‘Fight of the Century’ in 1971, and the Rangers claimed the Stanley Cup in 1994, ending a long championship drought.
Travis Kelce is a decorated player with three Super Bowl wins with the Chiefs and a four-time All-Pro title. Jason Kelce has been a seven-time All-Pro center, contributing to the Eagles’ 2017 Super Bowl victory.
The wedding featured guests from various sports, including actor Jason Sudeikis, known for his role in “Ted Lasso” and a passionate Chiefs fan.
