U.S. Offers $15 Million Reward for Information on Chinese Nationals Assisting IRGC

The U.S. State Department has announced a reward of $15 million for credible information regarding four Chinese nationals accused of aiding the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in acquiring U.S. military equipment and drone technology. The individuals concerned are Liu Baoxia, Li Yongxin, Yung Yiu Wa, and Zhong Yanlai. They allegedly facilitated the transfer of U.S. goods to front companies in China, which would then pass the technology on to Iran, as detailed in a State Department statement.

Once the technology reaches Iran, it is reportedly transported to the IRGC and related companies, such as Shiraz Electronics Industries and Rayan Roshd Afzar. These organizations leverage U.S.-controlled technology for the creation of unmanned aerial vehicles, arms, and weapons systems. The finished products are subsequently sold to governments and entities in countries allied with Iran, like Russia, Sudan, and Yemen, breaching U.S. sanctions.

Authorities are appealing to those with information about these illegal technology sales to come forward. They have set up an anonymous reporting system via the Tor Browser, offering financial compensation for useful intelligence.
