Big Cass, after a long absence from WWE, made a powerful return to ‘Monday Night Raw’. Following a nearly decade-long hiatus, his comeback had been anticipated for weeks. Cass marked his return with an attack on Je’Von Evans, after Evans secured a victory over Ethan Page.
During an interview with Jackie Redmond, Cass expressed the struggles he faced, saying, Eight years. I was left for dead in the dirt. Eight years it took me to get back here from rock bottom. Je’Von Evans – nothing personal, bro. You were just in the way. Make no mistake about it. I am here to stack bodies. You were just the first. You surely won’t be the last.
Other notable returns included Becky Lynch and Stephanie Vaquer, both of whom made their presence felt in the ring. Lynch stepped in after Roxanne Perez faced Sol Ruca. The match ended in disqualification for Perez after Liv Morgan attempted interference. As Ruca came under attack, Lynch intervened.
Lynch clarified her intentions to challenge Morgan for the Women’s World Championship, especially after Morgan’s successful title defense against Iyo Sky at SummerSlam. As The Judgment Day exited the ring, Vaquer entered, pursuing Morgan. Vaquer managed to take down Rodriguez and Perez before they retreated.
The encounter between Vaquer and Lynch signaled the emergence of two potential challengers for Morgan’s title. The developments set the stage for intense rivalries in the coming weeks.
